WHY E-Executive Realty?
E Executive Realty was created with a new concept in Real Estate Business. We offer an excellent program for professional Realtors interested in working in a company that gives them the opportunity to keep their hard earned commission.

How it works?
We are a privately owned company that has NO FRANCHISE FEES and we welcome new and experienced agents that are looking to keep their commission and not pay a huge chunk to their broker as most agencies require. TCRE allows agents to keep 100% of their commission from their first sale. There are no hidden fees. All you pay is the annual membership fee and the transaction fee per sale.

How much do I pay per transaction?
It depend on the plan you choose.

This includes E&O, providing that a C D A is signed by the broker before closing.

Can I work from my home?
You will mostly work from your home, but you will have access to our conference room to meet clients. We also have computers stations set up in our office for your convenience.

How much do I have to pay for the yard signs?
Nothing. We lend you the signs for your listings. We require a deposit of $50.00 which will be refunded once the sign is returned and as long as it is still in usable condition.

Is it possible to open up my own E-executive Realty branch?
Yes it certainly is. After you have worked in our organization and understand our program completely, it is possible for you to open a branch. For details on how to accomplish this, you can discuss it with your Broker.
