We offer a new concept for Realtors ( Choose your Plan)Over the years, the way in which agents and Brokers have split their commissions has varied. Sales agents and brokers have typically negotiated a commission split, ranging from 50/50, 70/30, 90/10 etc, etc The ProblemThis program is O.K. until the agent sits down to figure out how much of the sales commission is going to the broker. It is a revealing process. Most agents feel that the amount of money going to the broker is far out of proportion, and they begin to look for other options. Some agents trying to negotiate a better split with their brokers, while other agents consider a 100% commission office. But even 100% commission offices can be expensive! Desk or office space can run from $500 to $1500. Combine this with marketing costs and other expenses, and the agent's monthly overhead expenses goes to the roof. The pressure to pay for high overhead is directly on the shoulders of the agent. Every month, regardless of sales, the large monthly rent is due.
